How To Order

Ordering process:

  1. Select product(s), add to shopping cart, select "Check Out".  Any applicable shipping costs will be updated later.  There is FREE local shipping for purchases $90 and above.  Otherwise, it will be a fixed $4.00 for purchases $0.01 to $49.99 and $3.00 for purchases $50.00 to $89.99.
  2. We apologize that we do not accept bank transfer payment on our website currently.
  3. Check that your delivery and contact details are filled in correctly, otherwise we will not be able to contact you.  A mobile contact number is required for delivery purposes.
  4. If there is a discount code to be used, please remember to apply it during the checkout process.  We will not be able to give you a refund for the discount manually if you forget.
  5. Upon receiving your order, we will usually process it in 1-2 working days.
  6. For orders sent by courier, we will email you the tracking number after your item has been picked up.
  7. For orders sent by registered mail, the tracking number will be emailed to you after we post your order in 2-3 working days.  It will take another 1-2 working days to reach you via Singapore Post.
  8. We will try to expedite and fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes "mummy duties" or other reasons may cause unexpected delays.  If you are going to be out of town, we suggest placing your order at least 7 working days (excluding weekends/ public holidays) before you leave so that you do not miss the delivery.
  9. Customers can contact us via:  (a)  Message us from our FB page , or (b) Send us a message from our website "Contact" Form".

Additional Terms of Purchase

  • In submitting an order, we assume that you have read and agreed upon the terms of purchase indicated in red on each individual product listing.  We also assume that you have read and are aware of our store return policy and shipping & delivery FAQ too.
  • All products listed on Baby Carrier Singapore and delivery charges applicable are in Singapore Dollars.
  • Orders received and paid cannot be cancelled, revised and refunded.  All orders received will be confirmed by email.  If you did not receive an email, the email address you submitted may be wrong.  Please email us at enquiry@babycarriersingapore.com as soon as possible to inform us about your order.  It is also possible that the email went to your spam mail, please check that as well.
  • Although our website accepts orders 24 hours a day and all through the year, but please understand that order fulfillment and delivery arrangements are only possible on working days.  We will inform via our FB page if there is any downtime or if we are away.
  • Baby Carrier Singapore reserves the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs: For e.g., if we have any doubts of the information the customer provided, if the product is not in stock, there was an error in the price listed, etc.
  • Should there be an oversell or inventory glitch that we did not foresee and items in your order are not available, we will contact you personally for a refund. 
  • With regards to our products, actual colors of the fabric may vary from the manufacturer's stock pictures due to the lighting conditions that the photo was taken. For ergonomic carriers, please also note that pattern placement may vary from the one presented in the pictures as each carrier is uniquely handmade.

About Pre-orders

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, revised or refunded once payments are received.
  • Waiting time for pre-orders is indicated on the product listing itself.  Please understand that it is an approximate time frame, and we have no control over any unexpected delays due to supplier/ shipment/ custom delays or any unforeseen circumstances.
  • If unfortunately we cannot fulfill your pre-order due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will work personally with you for a full refund.
